I'm posting this here instead of at the end of every post I make with my creations in it.

Terms and Conditions (for sims)

• Do not upload my sims anywhere else
  
• Do not upload my sims to any pay sites
  
• If you use your sim in your story or machinima or photo, don't take credit for the sim, link to my blog or the sim. Also let me know, I'd like to see what you've done with them :)

Terms and Conditions (creations meaning clothing, makeup, CAS items)

• Do not upload my creations
  
• Do not upload my creations to any pay sites
  
• Do not use my creations in your sim if you're uploading your sim to a pay site
• If you upload a sim with my creations please post a link to my creation or my blog and let me know, I'd like to see how my creation looks in your game and on your sims

Terms and Conditions (for houses)

• Do not upload my houses
  
• Do not upload my houses to any pay sites
  
• Do not make any changes to the house and then re-upload it anywhere
  
• If you use my house in your story or town post a link to my house or my blog and let me know, I'd like to see how my creation looks in your game and on your sims.

• Do not upload my stories anywhere without my permission ( who could be bothered anyway? :P)
